Dionyssos Village

I was only using the restaurant few times. Very good choice… on Wednesday they have fresh fish. We took set for 2 pax – cost of 36euros. Fanstastic to eat fresh and good seafood.
Very nice pleasant, interesting view inside with light illumination. Great staff.
They give rakija and small dessert free of charge – fantastic 🙂

Lovely hotel as per pictures, immaculately clean & well kept. Friendly owner who greeted us personally even though we flew in late & still offered us dinner even though the chef was due to leave earlier. We personally really appreciated the cleanliness, friendly staff, relaxing gardens & pool, owner’s friendly ginger kitty & the fantastic location of this hotel near 4 fabulous beaches, mini marts, sports bars, bus to Chania. There were also some complementary items on arrival in our room & WiFi very reliable. I would stay again & be happy to recommend. Only downsides for me were v. minor. I would have liked better coffee, English Breakfast Tea (though fab other tea selection), some more veggie options on the menu (we are veggie) & pool side service which wasn’t on offer. There could also be some better music/entertainment in the evening though they do offer themed nights e.g seafood, grills, Cretan etc. All in all a great stay!

I had a great time at dyonissos. It was recommended by a friend of mine who lives right in front of it.
The staff and the owner treated me so well that I don’t have enough words to express my gratitude. The room was excellent and the garden is awesome.

After eating out at several other restaurants in the area we found this Greek gem. The staff were very friendly and informative about the food that was served. The restaurant is next to/amongst the hotel “Dionyssos” grounds, close to their pool area, witch does no harm as it make an attractive, relaxing back-drop. Again, the food is top notch and be sure to ask the staff about the “dish of the day”. They also have entertainment on certain nights, including the classic “Greek Night”. All in All, a Nice place to fill you belly!

Went here with my family for a nice easy meal in the shadow overlooking the pool area with beautiful flowers. A breakfast buffet with many different option both warm breakfast (eggs, bacon, waffles etc) and cold (cereal, bread, fruit etc). Also fresh juices and good coffee. All you can eat; definitely good value for money

We stayed close by but visited here on most evenings as they had great entertainment and food. Elena and Gabriel were lovely and worked so hard to please everyone. The food was lovely and we really enjoyed the Cretan night. Superb.

What a perfect spot for a holiday – went there with my wife and daughter in week 39, and had a super week. Very Nice rooms, Nice host and super pool and surroundings. Cloce to beach, and to transpotation to Chania City.

I stayed in this charming hotel in one of their superior studios from 16th to 19th August. The place was exceptional, great staff (esp Marina and Konstantina who couldnt have been more helpful) and anideal location only few minutes walk from 3 lovely beaches. Pool area and grounds exquisitely laid out and perfect for a relaxing break. Agii Apostoli exceeded my expections and has an array of beautiful tavernas to sample. I spent one morning visiting Chania old town and harbour, Dionyssos staff very helpful in arranging a taxi as they also did for my return to the airport on 19 August. I have visited the eastern side of Crete on a number of times but the western side and Chania prefecture area vastly superior in every way, including beaches, places to visit etc etc. I will definitely return to Dionyssos Village hotel. hopefully next time not to have the threat of Covid and potential quarantining , curtailing what has been a mots memorable and enjoyable break. Cannot recommend this propertty highly enough and have many photos and meories to cherish til I return 🙂

The village is a very high quality accommodation. The rooms are very comfortable, common areas are very well maintained, and the landscape is simply amazing. The staff is super friendly, owners are always around and helpful. Two amazing beaches are just short walk from hotel, and there are many lovely taverns around, including the one in the hotel itself.

All of the people who working there are amazing. Begining from the cleaners (we Lost golden ring and they found and gave us back) and finishing with the main boss .Dionisis is amazing person.

Good WiFi, big bed and big shower with good pressure. The staff is super nice and communication was very easy before I arrived.

We loved everything. The garden is stunning, the rooms absolutely clean and comfortable, the location perfect (close to beautiful beaches, to Chania and a good starting point to explore the West of Crete), and the owner and staff really friendly and hospitable. I cannot recommend this place enough. There are many hotels in the area, none as beautiful as this one (that I could see). Don’t even hesitate, just stay here!

Clean room, green and well maintained area, big pool, very friendly staff. Around 10 minutes to walk to the nearest beach.

Everything was perfect

Room with private pool was wonderful and the vegetation and lush gardens are gorgeous. Rooms and pool area were spotless and the staff were really friendly. especially Krisy.
Breakfast was fine if a little basic although the ability to make fresh orange juice was a nice touch.

Gorgeous place to stay me and the family loved it! It looks even nicer than the pictures.. spotless clean, lovely food, friendly staff who are all so accommodating. The Greek night was great too would recommend.

The room was amazing (we booked the studio with private pool which was just excellent). The staff were so friendly, even giving us a welcome plate of fruit when we arrived and two cokes (much appreciated when we arrived from the airport). The restaurant was really good, especially the Greek night which was so much fun and the food was excellent. Chrisy and Xrisa were the best barmaids, so friendly and kind and gave us the best tips! The owner helped us plan our trip to the Samaria gorge and was always available for advice or just a friendly smile!
We absolutely loved our stay in this place, it really was paradise!
We will definitely be back 🙂

Tropical escape – gardens beautiful, staff friendly, super clean and well maintained! Gorgeous room with lots of amenities! Lots of local information given on arrival and nothing too much trouble! Pool area a true oasis!

Accueil impeccable, petit cadeau de bienvenue et cadeau (fleurs du jardin, bouteille de vin) pour l’anniversaire de mon épouse; le gérant fait un effort pour parler français, il est aux petits soins et très sympathique
Le cadre est idyllique le jardin est extraordinaire, très soigné
La proximité de la plage lui confère un avantage
Éloigné de la grande route très bruyante, cet hôtel offre un cadre très reposant
Nous disposions d’un studio avec petite piscine privative ce qui pou le prix du séjour est très intéressant

Abbiamo soggiornato un paio di giorni nel monolocale superior, arredamento nuovo e confortevole, estremamente pulito (pulizia giornaliera), doccia ampia e spaziosa. Terrazzino anteriore e posteriore quest’ultimo con vista sulla piscina dell’hotel. Colazione a buffet variegata e di ottima qualità, personale gentile e disponibile. Vicinissimona Chania, per chi si sposta in auto ottima la posizione per visitare le spiagge ad ovest (30miniti-un’ora). Parcheggio per strada facile da trovare, disponibile anche parcheggio privato dell’hotel. Assolutamente consigliato, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Anyone who wants to see an Amazing place! Such a friendly staff, a Garden that You wont see anywhere else!! And… of course… Mister Dionyssos! The host!! We Will return, again & again..

I am sure this place Will be even better in 2021!!

Just returned from our second time at Dionyssos and everything was, as the last time, simply just fantastic: Cozy apartments with comfortable beds; beautiful surrounding with flowers and exotic plants and trees everywhere; the great pool, where you can actually take a swim; the sweet and caring staff lead by the charismatic owner Dionisis and Konstantina.
My husband had a hard time, talking my into going abroad on vacation this year because of COVID-19. The only place I would feel comfortable and safe, would be at Dionyssos, because I knew from the last time we were there, that they would have things under control with cleaning and taking good care of their guests. And I was right. I felt safe and comfortable from we came till we left.
So glad that my husband convinced me to go!

We didn’t stay in the Hotel but ate and drank here on several occasions. The staff are all so welcoming. Especially Georgia is a lovely lady so helpful and always friendly and happy even when the place is rammed. The food is outstanding and the place is beautiful gardens and a wonderful ambiance. Our only regret is thy we didn’t stay here and would recommend that it at the top of your list if booking a holiday to Crete

We didn’t stay here we just pop in for a drink and ended up having a meal which was lovely and very cheap for what we had would eat here again and they are one of the only places we could find that sell’s vodka a lot of place’s we found didn’t sell vodka brandy etc larger yes but not shorts so if you like your shorts by in airport before you come

We had two meals here, mainly because we had such a great dinner on our first night. The first night’s entertainment was fantastic, the singer was highly-entertaining and we both had a great time. The food provided was excellent and the prices very reasonable. The two young waiting staff worked incredibly hard all night but still found the time for a quick chat. I cannot praise this restaurant and its staff enough, this will be my first meal on our next visit.
